ORGANIZING TASK FORCE “MERCADO”

WHEREAS, the undersigned received information that some market stallholders and actual and actual occupants of stores have no lease contracts and Mayor’s Permit nor are they paying the correct taxes to the Local Government;

WHEREAS, there is a need to validate these information and institute correctness measures to legalize the occupancy of the Vendors and consequently raise revenue for the government;

REORGANIZING THE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABATUAN, ILOILO

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991 provides for a meaningful participation or non-governmental organization and the private sectors (NGO, PO and PS) on pursuit of local autonomy and development;

WHEREAS, Section 106; Title 6, Book I of the Code provides for the creation of Local development Council in every Local Government Unit that shall assist the Sangguniang Bayan in setting the direction of economic and social development efforts within the community.

EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2010-23

RECONSTITUTING THE MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD (MSWMB)

WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 2009 – 2 dated, January 27, 2009, was issued reconstituting the Municipal Solid Waste Management Board (MSWMB) to generate greater multi-sectoral interest and partnership in addressing the garbage problem in the community;

WHEREAS, due to the assumption into office of the new set of Municipal Officials, there is a need to reconstitute the composition of MSWMB;
