SUBJECT: RAISING OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL FLAG AT HALF MAST

In view of the death of ELISEO C. TOBIAS, former mayor of this Municipality, this Office orders the raising of the Philippine National Flag at half mast starting today, September 30, 2010, until his burial which will be announced later.

This Order is hereby issued as a gesture of final respect and appreciation to a former Local Chief Executive who had contributed his share to the progress and development of Cabatuan.
