In view of my official travel in Manila on October 18-19, 2010 to attend the Local Governance Forums, you are hereby designated as Officer-in-Charge, Office of the Municipal Mayor, upon receipt hereof, until my return to office.

As such, you are authorized to perform duties and responsibilities inherent to the designation except the power to appoint, dismiss, re-assign personnel, and sign checks and disbursement vouchers which need my discretion.
