Target Beneficiaries: 2 QUALIFIED STUDENTS FOR COLLEGE

Application:

This Scholarship Grant is applicable only;

a. For enrollment in public school in Iloilo or Iloilo City. Transfer of school or of compound outside of Iloilo or

Iloilo City is a ground for termination.

b. For enrollment in any course (Bachelor’s degree or Technical) provided it shall not exceed 5 years.

Transfer from one course to another is a ground for termination.

Benefits:

a. Enrollment Assistance -  P5,000.00/semester subject to the following:

1^ST Semester, 1^st year – The amount shall be released to the scholar after he presented the documents showing that

he is duly enrolled.

succeeding semesters – The amount shall be released to the scholar after he presented the  documents showing that

he is duly enrolled and presentation of grades obtained during the last semester showing that he/she is still qualified.

b. Allowances  = P1,500.00/month  for 5 months/semester

1^st payment - after he presented the documents showing that he is duly enrolled. Other monthly allowances shall be

released after the 10^th of the month.

If ever the school chosen offer a trimestral system, payment of benefits may be modified but shall not exceed the

aggregate amount of P25,000.00 per year.
