I. Functional Statement
Take charge of the infrastructure development and public works in general of the Local Government Unit

II. Objectives
To plan and implement all infrastructure projects.

III. Programs/Projects/Activities
1. Administration , coordination, supervision, and control of the construction, maintenance, improvement and repair of roads, bridges and other engineering and public work projects of the LGU.
2. Provision of engineering services to the LGU including investigation and survey, engineering design, feasibility studies and project management.
3. Giving technical advises to the mayor, as the case may be, on infrastructure, public works and other engineering matters.
