I. Functional Statement
Take custody of and exercise proper management of the funds of the local government unit hence; advice the mayor and other local government officials concerned regarding the disposition of the local government funds, and or such other matters relating to public finance; take charge of the disbursement of all local government funds and such other funds, the custody of which may be entruated to her by law or other competent authority; inspect putting of commercial and individual establishments within the jurisdiction of the municipality in relation to the implementation of tax ordinances pursuant to the provision of Book II Republic Act 7160 or the Local Government Code; maintain and oversee the continuous implementation of tax information dissemination of the mun. to Deputy of the Provincial Treasurer in the collection of provincial taxes where the Municipal Treasury has a share: exercise such other functions; and perform such other duties and functions as maybe prescribed by law or ordinace.
II. Objectives
To accomplish the regular and continuing function assigned to by law and competent authority.

2. Disbursement activities
3. computerization and maintenance of the RPTA collection system.
4. Inter agency coordination through attending to meetings and seminars.
